01Ownership and scope
© 2026 110 UK Ltd trading as Alternative Systems Protection (ASP). All rights reserved in material owned by ASP, except for the permissions stated here. This notice covers ASP-owned website copy, layouts, graphics, photographs, software and publications to the extent protected by law. It does not assert ownership of facts, ideas, legislation, official guidance or third-party material.
02Public reading and internal venue use
You may browse and link to our public pages. You may download and print the public operator guide for reference within your own venue or organisation, retaining the complete document, ASP identification and copyright notices. This permission does not include republication, rebranding, resale or incorporation into commercial training or another organisation’s publications.
03Other reuse requires permission
Except where permitted by law or an applicable licence, obtain prior written permission before reproducing, adapting, distributing or commercially reusing ASP-owned material. Do not remove credits or present ASP material as your own. Contact ASP through our enquiry form, identifying the material and proposed use.
04Technical and project documents
Technical guides and project documents supplied individually are for the agreed recipient and project purpose. No general publication or redistribution permission is granted. Follow any separately agreed contract or licence. A copyright notice alone does not create confidentiality; sensitive project information should be handled under the applicable agreed terms.
05Third-party rights
Manufacturer photographs, videos, trademarks and other third-party material remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licences. This includes Nice | HySecurity and Integrated Design Limited / Fastlane material identified on the website. Links to official guidance do not transfer rights in that guidance to ASP. Existing third-party credits and licence terms take precedence for that material.
06Legal exceptions and information
Nothing in these terms restricts uses permitted by copyright law or rights provided by an applicable third-party licence. Copyright protects eligible expression, not the underlying facts, procedures or ideas. General publications do not provide legal advice or certify compliance. Rights queries and correction requests can be sent through Contact us.
